Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by GWB Chelsea Roofing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
GWB Chelsea Roofing provides roofing contractor services including roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection, gutter services, and emergency roofing services. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in Chelsea, MA and surrounding areas.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all roofing projects. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during inspection or work. Any significant price changes will be communicated to you before proceeding with additional work. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your agreement.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with warranties on both materials and workmanship. Specific warranty terms depend on the type of service and materials used. All warranty details will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Warranties may be void if damage occurs due to neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to complete all work within the agreed timeframe. However, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to fees for work already completed and materials purchased.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our team to perform the agreed services. Please inform us of any potential hazards or special conditions. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work, but you are responsible for maintaining your homeowner's insurance during the project.
Liability and Indemnification
GWB Chelsea Roofing carries appropriate liability insurance for the services we provide. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to beginning work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Massachusetts law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
